Q: I left my credit card and/or ID at the Complex, what do I do?
A: Credit Cards and IDs may be picked up during normal business hours at the Complex – Thursday through Saturday 8:00 pm though 2:30 am.  Sunday through Wednesday these items may be picked at the Complex by contacting (614) 220-9151 or emailing promotions@woodlandsproductions.com. Generally, staff is available to assist you with advance notice on these days.

Q: Are you hiring?
A: We are always looking for qualified and motivated bartenders, servers, barbacks and security. Email your resume, along with a picture to promotions@woodlandsproductions.com to begin your consideration process.

Q: Can I host a _______ at the Complex?
A: If you can dream up an event – we can make it happen. We can plan events ranging from a small birthday party to a 1500 person charity event and everything in between. Email our marketing/event staff at promotions@woodlandsproductions.com for more information.

Q: Where can I learn more about concerts coming to the various Woodland’s Productions venues?
